We are looking for a Technical Project Lead/Manager who can effectively manage the technical delivery of a telco core project, specifically in the Packet Core area. This role involves overseeing project timelines and supporting engineering teams in their daily tasks.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the project, ensuring timely delivery, and managing relationships with end customers and stakeholders. Your expertise will help guide the team through the complexities of Packet Core solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of a telco core project (Packet Core).
• Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Support team engineers in their day-to-day tasks.
• Oversee the installation, upgrading, and integration of various packet core nodes.
• Troubleshoot issues related to packet core solutions/nodes.
• Manage relationships with end customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the telecom industry, with at least 4 years as a Project Technical Lead/Manager.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Packet Core solutions.
• Deep understanding of 4G and 5G call flows, as well as current telecom technologies including VOLTE, VoWiFi, and IoT.
• Experience with Nokia CMM (AMF/MME) and CMG (SMF/UPF/PGW/SGW) is preferred.
• Proven track record in estimating and sizing projects.
• Experience in project milestone management and technical delivery management.
