De rol

As a Technical Project Manager, you will enhance how Fiducial plans and delivers technical projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product development, customer deployments, system integrations, and R&D programs. You will refine our project delivery framework and governance model, run the Project Review Board, and help build a team of Technical Project Managers as the company grows. You will report directly to the COO and collaborate with various teams and external partners.

• Leverage your expertise to deliver technical projects across various domains.
• Translate objectives into clear project scope, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Adapt your involvement according to project needs, taking ownership or supporting leads as necessary.
• Coordinate projects involving software, hardware, testing, and operational deployment.
• Maintain project momentum and ensure timely completion of actions.
• Plan and coordinate internal product and prototype development activities.
• Align engineering and operations for customer demonstrations and deployments.
• Identify delivery risks early and drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain project visibility and communication through effective documentation and meetings.

Vereisten

• Professional experience managing technical projects in software, hardware, or engineering.
• Completed technical degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science).
• Proven ability to develop project plans, assess risks, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive working style.
• Clear communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
