The Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead capacity expansion initiatives across our data centers. You will analyze cloud resource consumption, forecast future demand, and coordinate infrastructure expansions. This role is analytical and hands-on, requiring collaboration across data analysis, infrastructure engineering, procurement, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and current cloud resource usage to identify trends and potential capacity constraints.
• Develop and maintain capacity forecasts for infrastructure resources, translating these into specific requirements across multiple data centers.
• Initiate capacity requests and collaborate with Supply Chain teams throughout the purchasing and delivery process.
• Maintain an end-to-end view of capacity expansions, from forecasting to customer availability.
• Coordinate expansion plans with data center teams, ensuring readiness for installation.
• Work with engineering teams to plan the deployment of new capacity.
• Communicate capacity plans, timelines, and risks to stakeholders clearly and reliably.

Requirements

• Experience in technical project/program management, data analytics, capacity planning, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts and forecasting methods.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with infrastructure engineers and understand technical dependencies.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information clearly.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a data or product analyst.
• Ability to independently query data using SQL.
• Familiarity with monitoring and BI tools such as Grafana or DataLens.
• Experience in capacity planning, demand forecasting, or infrastructure resource management.
• Understanding of cloud or data center architecture and operational dependencies.
• Experience with procurement and hardware supply chains.
