The Role

We are searching for product managers to take ownership of product areas within KIRA's AI Stockbroking platform. This role is ideal for builders who can empathize with users, define product direction, collaborate with engineering and design teams, launch quickly, and continuously improve post-release.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas related to insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
• Define user problems, establish product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Simplify complex financial products into user-friendly customer journeys.
• Utilize data, feedback, research, and production issues to inform product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations.
• Balance trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or in a similar role.
• Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver real products.
• Comfortable working with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
• Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership and capability to drive work with minimal guidance.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is a significant advantage.

Location

This is a remote role, but candidates must reside in the Netherlands, as we are specifically hiring for this market.
