The Role

We are looking for product managers to take ownership of product areas within KIRA's AI Neobank. This position is for builders who can empathize with users, define product direction, collaborate with engineering and design teams, launch quickly, and continuously improve post-release.

What You'll Own

• Manage product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Transform complex financial products into simple, user-friendly customer journeys.
• Utilize data, feedback, research, and production issues to enhance product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations.
• Balance trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or in a similar role.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Capability to work with engineers and designers to deliver real products.
• Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
• Proficient writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership and the ability to drive initiatives with minimal guidance.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is a significant advantage.

Location

This role is remote, but candidates must be based in the Netherlands. We are specifically hiring for this market, so applicants should already reside in the Netherlands.

Language

English is our primary working language across global teams. Strong English communication skills are required.
