The Role

We are looking for product managers to take ownership of product areas within KIRA's AI Finance.

This role is for builders who understand users, define product direction, collaborate with engineering and design, launch quickly, and continuously improve post-release.

What You'll Own

• Manage product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Simplify complex financial products into user-friendly customer journeys.
• Utilize data, feedback, research, and production issues to inform product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations.
• Balance speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or in a similar role.
• Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Capability to work with engineers and designers to deliver real products.
• Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
• Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership and ability to drive initiatives with minimal guidance.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is a significant advantage.

Location

This role is remote, but candidates must be based in the Netherlands. We are specifically hiring for this market, so applicants should already reside in the Netherlands.

Language

English is our primary working language across global teams. Strong English communication skills are required.
