De Rol
As a Technical Product Manager (TPM), you will serve as the Single Threaded Leader (STL) for RAILS, the core transaction path that carries every payment from entry to settlement. This role encompasses five domains: Connectivity, Payment Orchestration, Transaction Core, Money Operations, and Risk, Trust & Vault. You will define the end-to-end building blocks necessary for scaling payment execution and fraud protection.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Leiding geven aan de productstrategie en technische richting voor de transaction rail.
- Zorgen voor betrouwbare operaties in productie en het eind-tot-eind leveringsproces beheren.
- Leiding geven aan een autonome, cross-functionele domein pod voor het bouwen van robuuste, headless capabilities.
- Een “You Build It, You Run It” (YBIYRI) engineering cultuur bevorderen.
Vereisten
- Sterke technische basis in cloud-native architecturen, gedistribueerde systemen en moderne software engineering praktijken.
- Ervaring met het bouwen van platformcapaciteiten of complexe gedistribueerde systemen.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het verbeteren van leveringssnelheid en het beheren van afhankelijkheden.
- Vermogen om technische afwegingen te articuleren aan belanghebbenden.
