We are seeking a skilled Technical Marketing Writer to craft compelling and accurate content that connects intricate technical ideas with business value for our target audiences, including engineers, IT decision-makers, executives, and end-users.

In this hybrid role, you will translate technical product features and innovations into clear, persuasive marketing materials that enhance awareness, generate leads, and boost sales. This position combines the precision of technical writing with the art of marketing storytelling and SEO best practices.

• Create high-impact marketing content: Write blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, product descriptions, datasheets, and website copy that make technical products (e.g., software, hardware, SaaS, cloud solutions) accessible.
• Develop technical marketing assets: Produce buyer guides, comparison articles, ROI analyses, infographics/scripts, video scripts, and email campaigns that showcase features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, subject matter experts (SMEs), sales teams, and marketing stakeholders to gather accurate information and align content with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
• Optimize for performance: Implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and leverage audience insights to enhance visibility and engagement. Track content performance and iterate based on analytics.
• Maintain brand voice and accuracy: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, technical accuracy, and regulatory/compliance standards while making complex topics understandable for both technical and non-technical readers.
• Support demand generation: Contribute to content for webinars, podcasts, social media (LinkedIn/technical channels), press releases, and sales enablement materials.
• Research and stay current: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to produce timely, authoritative content.

Vereisten

• Experience: 3+ years in technical writing, content marketing, or a similar role (B2B tech/SaaS preferred).
• Technical aptitude: Strong ability to quickly learn and explain technologies such as software architecture, APIs, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI/ML, databases, networking, or industry-specific tools.
• Writing excellence: Proven portfolio of technical marketing samples (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) that demonstrate clarity, persuasion, and audience adaptation.
• Marketing knowledge: Familiarity with SEO/SEM, content strategy, lead generation funnels, and metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions).
• Tools proficiency: Experience with content management systems (CMS), documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, MadCap Flare), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and design tools for basic visuals.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Soft skills: Excellent research, interviewing, project management, and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
