The Role:

You will be responsible for completing various technical service tasks and supporting their planning and management.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support Varian products according to technical documentation to ensure continuous operational readiness.
• Instruct clients on the operation and maintenance of Varian products.
• Provide phone or remote support to clients and service engineers as required for timely service delivery.
• Prepare spare parts lists to initiate orders and replenish spare parts kits for warranty and contract clients, advising clients on orders or service requests.
• Enter service visit data into company information systems, detailing technical issues, corrective actions, and parts used.
• Complete regular reporting through service reports, travel requests, expense reports, etc., to maintain accurate company statistics.
• Coordinate with the service coordinator and service assistant to provide timely technical information.
• Keep technical documentation updated.
• Maintain a high level of professional knowledge and understanding of safety measures in accordance with Varian regulations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a technical institute or university in electronics, electrical engineering, bioengineering, or a related field, or equivalent education.
• 1–3 years of operational maintenance experience, with prior experience in servicing radiotherapy equipment preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of microcomputers/PC-based systems with professional technical experience.
• Strong experience in electronics, electromechanics, and equipment testing.
• Fluency in Polish, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in English for effective communication and comprehension.
