The Role

As a Technical Developer, you will manage the technical development of apparel, maintaining block libraries and driving new seasonal silhouettes across the global supply base. You will ensure quality, fit, and timely execution while collaborating with design, merchandising, and product development teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical development of assigned product groups from concept to production.
• Participate in fit sessions, document comments, and communicate changes internally and externally.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all technical data in PLM.
• Monitor and manage progress against the critical path to achieve on-time delivery.
• Act as the main technical contact between design, product development, sourcing, and quality.
• Identify and resolve standard technical issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors to maintain consistency in fit, quality, and construction.
• Support with ad hoc tasks such as sample organization, meeting preparation, and reporting.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technical development within apparel.
• Degree in fashion, garment technology, pattern cutting, or related field.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, fit, and pattern development.
• Familiarity with PLM and relevant software (e.g., Gerber or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to solve routine problems independently and follow established procedures.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Self-driven, pragmatic, and commercially minded.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
