In your role as Technical Application Manager at GGZ Delfland, you will be responsible for the technical management, continuity, and further development of applications and Azure cloud environments. You will combine technical application management with cloud technology, automation, and security, actively contributing to improvements, innovations, and the ongoing development of the application landscape.

The Role:

You will ensure that applications and Azure services, such as App Services, Function Apps, and Azure SQL, operate stably, securely, and optimally. This involves performing maintenance and updates, monitoring performance and availability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, and resolving complex incidents and technical issues.

You will also automate management processes using PowerShell, Python, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps to enhance efficiency and reliability. Regarding security, you will manage authorizations, support Identity & Access Management with Azure AD, SSO, and RBAC, and contribute to compliance with NEN7510 and NIS2, among others, by deploying solutions like Microsoft Sentinel.

Furthermore, you will develop and manage technical connections between systems and applications via APIs and care standards such as HL7 and FHIR. As the technical point of contact, you will analyze structural problems, propose improvements, and actively contribute to the further development of applications, integrations, and the application architecture.

You will report to the Manager of Information & Automation and closely collaborate with functional application managers, system and network administrators, security officers, suppliers, and project leaders. This way, you will directly contribute to a reliable, secure, and future-proof digital environment that supports our healthcare professionals daily.
