Capacity Planning
Als Teamlead Planning ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vooruitkijken en voorbereiden van de operatie. Je analyseert volumes, capaciteit en personeelsbehoefte en vertaalt deze gegevens naar een betrouwbare planning en praktisch advies. Je werkt nauw samen met de Shift Managers, Operations Manager en Supervisor Planning. Samen met de Supervisor Planning geef je richting aan het planningsteam en werk je aan slimmere processen en een steeds betere manier van plannen.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week
- Een salaris in CAO-schaal 8 van € 3.100 tot € 3.838 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden met een salaris tot € 4.580 bruto per maand
- Werken tijdens kantooruren
- Minimaal 25 vakantiedagen, uit te breiden tot 39 dagen
- 8% vakantiegeld
- Reiskostenvergoeding
- Een persoonlijk budget via de CAO à la Carte
