De Rol
Je geeft leiding aan recruiters en sourcers, bewaakt de samenhang tussen strategie en uitvoering en zorgt dat ambities worden omgezet in concrete resultaten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met HR, hiring managers en het management om recruitment stevig op de kaart te zetten. Jij bent degene die overzicht houdt, prioriteiten stelt en ervoor zorgt dat mensen, processen en plannen samenkomen.
