  • Supporting internal and external audits.
  • Handling and analyzing product technical issues and complaints.
  • Preparing and presenting quality reports.

  • Actively participating in R&D projects related to innovative and sustainable binders.
  • Developing, testing, and implementing new products and applications.
  • Researching new raw materials and circular materials.
  • Translating laboratory results into practical applications in production and the market.

You have at least a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Process Technology, or a comparable field, or you have an MBO degree supplemented with relevant work experience in a laboratory environment. In this role, it is important that you have experience in leadership, where you can fill a connecting and motivating role.

As Teamlead Lab, it is important that you have (preferably) knowledge of cement technological developments and understand the standards and norms of cement, mortar, and concrete. It would be a bonus if you hold a Basic Knowledge of Concrete Technology certificate or are willing to obtain this diploma. You possess strong analytical skills, a strong focus on quality, and a proactive and results-oriented work attitude. Good communication skills in both Dutch and English are essential for this position.
