In this position, you will be at the heart of the practice. As the lead practitioner in a department for forensic and secure care, you will serve as the primary contact for your department(s). You will translate policy into daily practice, monitor quality and continuity, and help build a therapeutic living environment where both patients and professionals feel acknowledged. You will maintain forensic sharpness in treatment paths while considering the interests of all parties involved.
Together with the operations team manager, you will form the dual team management. You will focus on the treatment content direction and quality of care for complex cases, while the operations manager will concentrate on organizational and business conditions. Together, you will ensure a strong team, clear priorities, and a safe therapeutic living and working environment. As a duo, you will report to the dual management of the OFZ domain.

Your team focuses on intensive clinical care for adults with complex psychiatric issues combined with forensic risks or norm-violating behavior. Within the clinical setting, you will work with patients facing challenges across multiple life areas, requiring careful coordination of treatment, security, and societal reintegration. We treat patients with psychotic issues, personality disorders, neurobiological developmental issues, trauma complaints, and addiction. Reducing recidivism risk and risky behavior is central to treatment, with an emphasis on recovery, perspective, and safety for patients, the team, and society.
