In your role as Team Manager Operations, you will oversee two departments within our TBS clinic, where patients with complex psychiatric or personality disorders reside, often alongside mild intellectual disabilities. The unique aspect of this position is that you will not be alone; you will collaborate closely in a dual management model with the Team Manager Patient Care. While your colleague focuses on treatment content, you will manage operations, personnel policies, process quality, and safety protocols. Together, you will elevate the departments to new heights.

- Team Development: You will build a well-functioning team, ensuring optimal personnel deployment and a safe work environment.
- HR & Absenteeism: You will drive development discussions, absenteeism policies, and effective personnel planning.
- Climate: You will proactively contribute to shaping a positive and safe living and working climate.
- Quality & Improvement: You will monitor the quality of our processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Strategy: You will be a key part of the operational management team (OMT), contributing to policy development and its implementation at the location.

Fivoor levert een regionaal aanbod van forensische en intensieve psychiatrische zorg, met een directe toegang tot hooggespecialiseerde bovenregionale zorgprogramma’s. Zij werkt aan een krachtige keten van behandeling, binnen de eigen organisatie en met samenwerkingspartners in zorg en veiligheid. Fivoor heeft voor haar patiënten een aaneengesloten zorgketen in huis. Van ggz-reclassering en materieel juridische dienstverlening tot hoogwaardige ambulante, poliklinische en klinische behandeling. Daarnaast specialiseert Fivoor zich in de behandeling van bijzondere doelgroepen, zoals jeugd, mensen met een lichte verstandelijke beperking en tbs-gestelden. Fivoor behandelt mensen die niet mee kunnen komen in de maatschappij of voor overlast zorgen vanwege complexe psychiatrische problemen of een stoornis in hun ontwikkeling. Psychiatrische behandeling levert hen veel op: hun welbevinden neemt toe en zij krijgen weer perspectief op een veilig en betekenisvol bestaan. De behandeling en begeleiding zijn gebaseerd op de laatste wetenschappelijke inzichten.
