Als Teamleider op onze overslag in Helmond ben je verantwoordelijk voor een team van ongeveer 5 collega's. Je begint de dag om 06.30 uur en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen goed voorbereid is op de binnenkomende vrachtwagens vol plastics, papier en bouw- en sloopafval. Je deelt taken uit en bespreekt aandachtspunten, omdat je begrijpt dat goed gesorteerd afval de basis is voor nieuwe producten.

De Rol

Je geniet van het werken in de buitenlucht en houdt toezicht op het terrein om te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt. Je werkt actief mee op de kraan, shovel of het rangeervoertuig en biedt ondersteuning aan je collega's. Veiligheid staat voorop; je let op de kleinste details en spreekt je team hierop aan. Je creëert een positieve werksfeer door tips en grappen uit te wisselen, maar je weet ook wanneer het tijd is om serieus te zijn.
