Are you an experienced legal professional who thrives on guiding others? This is your chance to lead a team of seasoned experts while remaining actively engaged in legal practice as a team leader at VvAA Legal.

As a team leader, you will work closely with another team leader to ensure the effective functioning of the AWBB team (General, Housing, Governance, and Professions) and achieve team objectives. You will coach experienced professionals, facilitate their development, and create an environment to enhance our services together. Additionally, you will be part of the operational management team (MT), collaborating with other team leaders to foster cooperation between teams and address inter-team issues such as capacity, collaboration, and profiling. This is not a remote leadership role; you will be alongside your team, familiar with legal practice, and actively contribute to it. This combination makes this position diverse and engaging.
