In this position, you will start the day with your team to discuss planning, special notes, and safety. You will manage the operation, monitor progress, and ensure safe execution of tasks. Your responsibilities also include reporting, personnel matters, and process improvements. No two days are the same.
Jouw Werkzaamheden
- Leading, guiding, and developing employees.
- Conducting performance, appraisal, and absence discussions.
- Monitoring the quality of waste streams.
- Identifying and following up on deviations.
- Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment.
- Overseeing compliance with SHEQ guidelines.
- Managing equipment and machinery, ensuring correct usage.
- Preparing and discussing operational reports and KPIs.
- Contributing ideas for improvements in processes and working methods.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

De centrale ligging van de locaties zijn zeer gunstig zowel voor de afvalleveranciers als de afnemers van energie en grondstoffen. Afval wordt zoveel mogelijk via water aangevoerd en waar dat niet mogelijk is, over de weg. Bij AVR werken 450 medewerkers.
