In this role, you will serve as the Team Leader for Secretariats/DIV, playing a crucial part in the core of administrative and governmental support. You will provide direction and stability to a team of dedicated professionals during a time of development and transformation. By combining coaching leadership with a focus on continuity, quality, and the implementation of improvements, you will work under the responsibility of the cluster manager and be instrumental in the advancement of both the secretariats and DIV.

De Rol

You will manage a team within the Management Secretariat, Executive Secretariat, OR support, and DIV, including advisors for Case-Oriented Working. Your responsibilities include establishing an effective, lawful, and efficient administrative organization and internal control. Additionally, you will evaluate advice and plans for management and the executive board against frameworks, integrity, and coherence with other clusters.

Lead the Secretariats and DIV team, ensuring direction, stability, and development.
Oversee the management and development of the team under the cluster manager's responsibility.
Achieve governance and programmatic objectives with available personnel and resources.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products within the planning and control cycle.
Guarantee an effective, lawful, and efficient administrative organization and internal control.
Assess advice and plans for management and the executive board on frameworks, integrity, and coherence with other clusters.
Guide the development of the secretariats based on the conducted quick scan.
Engage with team members, assist in decision-making, and ensure the implementation of improvements.
Collaborate closely with the current acting team leader and lead the change process.
Maintain the established future vision for DIV, ensuring continuity, more efficient execution, and timely implementation of developments.
Encourage autonomy among team members and ensure support and commitment within the team.
