In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 10-15 colleagues, including operators and production staff. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of daily production while motivating and inspiring your team.

De Specialiteitenbakkerij specializes in large-scale production of artisanal cakes for retail, hospitality, and food service. Our delicious baked goods are enjoyed by consumers worldwide, produced through automated processes across two shifts.

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, coordinating team activities, and resolving any issues that arise during production. You will ensure compliance with prescribed recipes and current work instructions while monitoring production standards and achieving planning goals.

• Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in the Dutch language.
