BT Nyloplast B.V. is an international manufacturing company that goes beyond just producing plastic piping systems and fittings. We contribute to a better planet by reliably, efficiently, and sustainably transporting water, air, and other energy sources, using recycled or recyclable materials. We proudly call ourselves 'Nature's Network'. At BT Nyloplast, we strive for We-GO! every day, embodying our culture through three core values: winning together, surpassing oneself, and demonstrating ownership. This approach enables us to support our customers effectively and collaborate towards a sustainable future!

As a Team Leader in Production, you will play an essential role in the manufacturing process. Together with three other Team Leaders, you will support the Production Manager, ensuring that production runs as efficiently and effectively as possible. Safety, quality, and process optimization are central to your responsibilities. You will act as a point of contact for employees, promote a safe working environment, and monitor production progress. In the absence of the Production Manager, you will take over their responsibilities.
