Ben jij een ervaren leidinggevende die stevig in zijn schoenen staat en graag zichtbaar aanwezig is op de werkvloer? Voor FrieslandCampina in Steenderen zoeken wij tijdelijk een Ploegleider Kaasmakerij/Kaaspakhuis. Je geeft leiding aan een divers team van gemiddeld 11 operators en bent verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijk deel van de dagelijkse productie. Je zorgt voor de juiste personeelsbezetting, stuurt bij waar nodig en houdt continu zicht op veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Je werkt in een vijfploegenrooster en bent een coachende leider die niet alleen aanstuurt, maar vooral het goede voorbeeld geeft.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Dagelijks leidinggeven, begeleiden en coachen van circa 10 tot 15 operators.
- Zorgen voor een optimale personeelsbezetting en bij tekorten tijdig regelen van tijdelijke medewerkers.
- Starten van de dienst met een ronde door het werkgebied en signaleren van aandachtspunten.
- Deelnemen aan operationele overleggen en vertalen van uitkomsten naar concrete acties.
- Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en voortgang binnen de productie.
- Signaleren van onderhouds- en productieproblemen en zorgen voor passende vervolgacties.
- Prioriteiten stellen en besluitvaardig handelen bij onverwachte situaties.
- Afsluiten en verwerken van productieorders in SAP.
- Samenwerken met de overige ploegleiders en andere disciplines binnen de fabriek.
