Als Teamleider Parcels ben jij de spil op de werkvloer. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van logistiek medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel en veilig verloopt. Je werkt in 2-ploegendienst en bent dus flexibel inzetbaar, elke dag is anders, en dat vind jij juist leuk. Je werkt nauw samen met één andere teamleider, pakketbezorgers, de vestigingsmanager en uitzendbureaus. Jij houdt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.
Werktijden
Werktijden (wisseldienst) van 05:00 tot 14:00 en de middagdienst tot ongeveer 20:00 is bespreekbaar.
