As a Team Leader in the Fresh Products department, you will ensure top-notch operations while leading a motivated team. Your guidance will help present fresh bread, meat, and dairy attractively to customers, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Wat ga je doen In jouw rol als teamleider vers ben je verantwoordelijk voor de optimale werking van de versafdeling. Dirk vertrouwt op jouw leiderschap en jij op de inzet van jouw gedreven team. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat vers brood, vlees en zuivel aantrekkelijk gepresenteerd worden aan onze klanten. Je stuurt bij waar nodig, zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen en werkt nieuwe teamleden in. Jullie belangrijkste doel? Tevreden klanten, altijd nummer één.

Als teamleider vers ben je ook:

een meewerkend voorman/-vrouw
de rechterhand van de afdelingsmanager vers
een prettig aanspreekpunt voor de klanten

Wat vragen wij van je Kan Dirk op jou rekenen? Leidinggevende ervaring is niet noodzakelijk, maar leidinggevende kwaliteiten zijn belangrijk. Verder vragen we:

mbo werk- en denkniveau
gevoel voor presentatie en klantcontact
flexibiliteit in inzetbaarheid

Wat wij je bieden

Een salaris van maximaal €2.814,- bruto per 4 weken (€3.048,- bruto per maand) op basis van een 37-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring
