As a Team Leader in the fresh products department, you will ensure top-notch quality and presentation of bread, meat, and dairy products. You will lead a motivated team, driving daily performance to achieve customer satisfaction.

Jouw baan als teamleider vers is veelzijdig en uitdagend. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op de versafdeling perfect geregeld is. Dirk vertrouwt op jou om een gedreven team aan te sturen dat dagelijks de beste prestaties levert in het aantrekkelijk presenteren van vers brood, vlees en zuivel aan onze klanten. Je stuurt vanuit de praktijk bij waar nodig om alle processen soepel te laten verlopen. Nieuwe teamleden werk je goed in en jullie gezamenlijke doel is tevreden klanten, die altijd op één staan.

De Rol

Als teamleider vers ben je ook:

een meewerkend voorman/-vrouw
de rechterhand van de afdelingsmanager vers
een prettig aanspreekpunt voor de klanten

Vereisten

Kan Dirk op jou rekenen? Leidinggevende ervaring is niet nodig, maar leidinggevende kwaliteiten zijn wel belangrijk. Verder vragen we:

mbo werk- en denkniveau
gevoel voor presentatie en contact met klanten
flexibiliteit in inzetbaarheid
