In your role as Team Leader Fresh Products, you will oversee the operations of the fresh department, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Dirk relies on you to guide your dedicated team in delivering the best possible presentation of fresh bread, meat, and dairy to our customers. You will manage processes on a daily basis, providing hands-on support where needed to keep everything on track. You will also play a key role in onboarding new team members, with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction as your top priority.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a motivated team in the fresh department.
• Act as a working supervisor.
• Serve as the right-hand person to the Fresh Department Manager.
• Be a friendly point of contact for customers.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience is not required, but leadership qualities are essential.
• MBO work and thinking level.
• Strong presentation skills and customer interaction.
• Flexibility regarding your availability.
