In your role as Team Leader Fresh Products, you'll oversee the Fresh department, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Dirk relies on your leadership to present fresh bread, meat, and dairy attractively to customers. You will guide your team to achieve optimal performance, providing hands-on support where necessary to streamline daily operations. You'll also play a crucial role in onboarding new team members, with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a working supervisor.
• Serve as the right hand to the Fresh department manager.
• Be an approachable contact for customers.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience is not required, but leadership qualities are essential.
• MBO work and thinking level.
• Strong presentation skills and customer interaction.
• Flexibility regarding your availability.
