As a Team Leader in the Fresh Products department, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly while leading a motivated team. Your goal is to present fresh bread, meat, and dairy products attractively to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

Als teamleider vers ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de versafdeling. Je kunt rekenen op een gedreven team dat, onder jouw begeleiding, elke dag de beste prestaties levert. Je stuurt processen bij vanuit de praktijk en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Nieuwe teamleden werk je goed in en samen streven jullie naar tevreden klanten.

Wat vragen wij van je

Leidinggevende ervaring is niet nodig, maar leidinggevende kwaliteiten zijn belangrijk

Wat wij je bieden

Een salaris van maximaal €2.814,- bruto per 4 weken (€3.048,- bruto per maand) op basis van een 37-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring
