Jouw baan als teamleider vers

Als teamleider vers bij Dirk ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de versafdeling. Je kunt rekenen op een gemotiveerd team dat, onder jouw begeleiding, elke dag de beste prestaties levert om vers brood, vlees en zuivel aantrekkelijk te presenteren aan onze klanten. Je stuurt de processen aan vanuit de praktijk en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Nieuwe teamleden werk je goed in, waarbij de tevredenheid van de klanten altijd voorop staat.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Meewerkend voorman/-vrouw zijn in de versafdeling.
De rechterhand van de afdelingsmanager vers.
Een prettig aanspreekpunt voor klanten.

Vereisten

Leidinggevende ervaring is niet vereist, maar leidinggevende kwaliteiten zijn belangrijk.
MBO werk- en denkniveau.
Gevoel voor presentatie en klantcontact.
Flexibiliteit in inzetbaarheid.

Wat We Bieden

Een salaris tot €2.814,- bruto per 4 weken (€3.048,- bruto per maand) op basis van een 37-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring.
