• You have completed a healthcare-related education at the HBO level, preferably supplemented with management training.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within mental healthcare with large teams.
• You are assertive, possess strong communication skills, and have a good sense of humor.
• You have an affinity for the target group and encourage your team to excel.
• You are creative in solving complex issues and can inspire and develop the department.
• You are willing to make decisions in challenging and stressful situations.

A positive Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required for this position. Reference checks and diploma verification are part of the application process.
