Jouw rol als Teamleider Kassa is cruciaal voor een vlotte afhandeling van klanten aan de kassa. Met een glimlach en plezier verwelkom je klanten, terwijl je de Kassamedewerkers motiveert en aanstuurt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt.
Wat wij bieden:
Bij Dirk krijg je een zelfstandige parttime of fulltime functie met marktconforme arbeidsvoorwaarden:
- Een salaris tot €2.814,- bruto per 4 weken (€3.048,- bruto per maand) op basis van een 37-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring.
- 3 ADV-uren met vaste inroostering bij een 40-urige werkweek.
- 24 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis.
