Als Teamleider bij Action ondersteun je de (assistent-) bedrijfsleider in jouw filiaal en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ombouwen van schappen, het verwerken van vracht en het bestellen van nieuwe voorraad. Daarnaast geef je coaching aan medewerkers en zorg je ervoor dat zij hun werk optimaal kunnen uitvoeren. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat de winkel vol, schoon en netjes is. Met elke week 150 nieuwe producten is geen dag hetzelfde, wat zorgt voor een uitdagende werkomgeving.
