Als Teamleider ondersteun je de (assistent-) bedrijfsleider in jouw filiaal en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ombouwen van schappen, verwerken van vracht en het bestellen van nieuwe voorraad. Daarnaast geef je coaching aan medewerkers om hun werk zo goed mogelijk te doen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de winkel vol, schoon en netjes is. Met elke week 150 nieuwe producten is geen dag hetzelfde, wat zorgt voor veel verantwoordelijkheden en snelle leermogelijkheden.
