In the role of Team Leader, you will assist the (assistant) store manager at your location. You will be the point of contact for employees and customers. One moment you will be rearranging shelves, processing shipments, and ordering new stock. A moment later, you will be addressing a group of employees, coaching them to perform their tasks effectively. Together, you are responsible for keeping the store stocked, clean, and organized. With 150 new products arriving each week, no two days are the same. You will gain significant responsibilities and learn quickly.
