The Role

As the MS LO Tool Center Operations Team Lead, your mission is to organize and prepare your team for a smooth and flexible operation in the Tool Cabin, optimizing tool availability for customers in the EF/TF factory and D&E. You'll set priorities, delegate tasks, and deploy manpower effectively while identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks. This role also offers growth opportunities, as you will initiate and coordinate improvement proposals to elevate operations to world-class performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20-25 operators across various work schedules (5-shift support and day shift) to ensure optimal tool availability and on-target performance for delivery and return cycle times.
• Oversee the delivery of tools from the tool cabin to factory work centers and vice versa, ensuring quality inspection, cleaning, and storage of tools.
• Collaborate closely with tool cabin TLs to manage workload peaks and balance tasks across EF, TF, and D&E tool cabins.
• Ensure a safe working environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Manage people effectively, ensuring adequate staffing and execution of HR policies, coaching team members, and evaluating performance regularly.
• Monitor daily performance and address issues proactively to ensure adherence to agreed processes.
• Define, measure, and report overall SLA/performance metrics to internal customers and staff.
• Initiate and implement improvements in processes, tools, and team capabilities, driving LEAN initiatives including 5S+1.
• Plan operations based on SLA priorities, identifying potential bottlenecks and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration with other Logistics Operations departments, the EF factory, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• MBO+ / HBO level in logistics discipline or industrial/business engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in a leading or coordinating logistics position, preferably in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible work ethic to support a 24/7 team, including after-hours availability.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and build teams.
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of warehousing and distribution processes, cleaning and contamination inspection best practices, and ASML standards is preferred.
• Understanding of end-to-end processes and the bigger picture.
• SAP (EWM) knowledge is a plus.

• The candidate will need to follow additional training and courses.
• A certificate of conduct (‘Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag’, VOG) is required.
• Work will partially be done in a cleanroom (wearing cleanroom suit).
• This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations. Candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology before starting work.
