• Lead the global application management and cultivate a high-performing Business Applications team.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of business applications and platforms, ensuring continuity, compliance, and service quality.
• Initiate and drive innovation projects, software enhancements, upgrades, and custom application extensions.
• Report operational issues and project progress to senior management, end users, and key stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure robust procedures for development, testing, and software implementation.
• Act as a Product Owner for the business applications portfolio, bridging business requirements and technical execution.
• Prioritize the team’s backlog and daily tasks, ensuring alignment with critical business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ongoing business requests into clear requirements, balancing urgent operational support with long-term innovation projects.

• Relevant experience in a comparable lead or management role within business applications or application management.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with effective communication across cultures.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

• A BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of 4PS Construct, system design, database management, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Zendesk and managing third-party application vendors.
