In this role, you will lead a team of approximately nine administrative staff from Arnhem, supporting GZA locations throughout the Netherlands with medical records and information queries. You will be actively involved in daily operations, ensuring you remain close to the team and practice while being responsible for the efficiency and compliance of processes.

The Role

As Team Coordinator, you will oversee the processing and management of medical files, file requests, medical correspondence, and results, while supporting chain partners. You will ensure the quality and continuity of these services and step in as needed.

Additionally, you will coach employees, encourage collaboration, and manage personnel policies, including recruitment, development and appraisal discussions, and absence management. You will translate organizational goals into daily practice, implement policies, and create a safe and positive work environment for employee development.
