In your role as Team Coordinator, you will manage five colleagues performing ELISA and PCR tests for seed production crop health and the resistance status of breeding lines. You will ensure reliable and efficient service tailored to the needs of internal clients while monitoring quality, progress, and safety, and fostering your team's development. Your technical knowledge will help improve processes and procedures. You will identify deviations and trends, address technical and operational bottlenecks, and initiate projects while contributing to team and departmental development. Your responsibilities include:

- Organizing team meetings and conducting development and absence discussions
- Monitoring quality, progress, and daily operations
- Implementing and executing the quality system for this sub-team
- Performing analyses to support decisions and improvements
- Leading and participating in projects focused on process improvement
- Collaborating on future developments and departmental objectives
