In this role, you will lead the Facilities and Real Estate team (FMVG) integrally. You will encourage ownership, professional development, and independence among team members. Your responsibilities include guiding cultural change and implementing new working methods within the team, with a special focus on accommodation management. You will connect various perspectives and team cultures into a unified approach, creating a safe and professional working environment where employees can engage, collaborate, and learn from each other. You will be accountable for capacity planning, team development, and resource allocation, while driving results, quality, and performance agreements in facilities management, real estate management, and housing. Additionally, you will oversee the real estate management executed by an external party, ensuring quality, continuity, contractual agreements, and risk management.

In practice, we are seeking an experienced leader for the FMVG team within a green and agile municipal organization. This role involves forming and connecting a new team that integrates real estate, facility services, and accommodation management into one cohesive unit. The team will evolve towards a shared identity, clear responsibilities, uniform processes, and a high level of service. You will be at the center of the organization, working closely with operational management, other team coaches, and the general director/municipal secretary on organizational development, professional operations, and sustainable societal real estate.
