You will evaluate and underwrite risks associated with mergers and acquisitions, working closely with brokers, clients, and advisors to provide tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client information and assess risk based on data.
- Determine whether to offer insurance based on your analysis.
- Calculate the cost of policies and set premium prices.
- Structure and price insurance policies.
- Draft and negotiate policy terms and coverage.
- Collaborate with brokers, tax lawyers, and clients on live deals.
- Support the deal process within tight timelines.
