We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure thoughtful and quality hiring decisions.

The Role

You will source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to establish clear expectations for ideal candidates. Screen applicants and present qualified shortlists, coordinate interview loops, and collect structured feedback. Additionally, you will maintain ATS hygiene and report on funnel health while championing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive approach to candidate engagement and providing a white-glove experience
• Familiarity with structured interviewing and scorecard methodologies
