About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in expanding QuantWare's engineering and operations teams. You will manage 8-10 roles from start to finish, collaborating closely with our Talent team and Hiring Managers to expedite the candidate journey. You will maintain our hiring pipeline, utilizing our ATS and LinkedIn to connect, schedule, and finalize hires across both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruiting process for your assigned roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define job specifications, design interview processes, and manage logistics from initial screening to job offer.
• Coordinate interviews across teams, ensuring interviewers are prepared, candidate availability is managed, and everyone is updated on timelines and processes.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers, keeping all parties informed at every stage for a smooth and professional journey.
• Develop and enhance scalable recruitment procedures and best practices. Keep our ATS updated with accurate information to monitor the hiring pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and streamline hiring.
• Proactively address and resolve challenges in the recruitment process, alerting leadership to any issues with capacity or procedures to maintain hiring momentum.
• Contribute to building our employer brand by participating in recruitment events and engaging with the industry.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Psychology, or Engineering.
• Familiarity with engineering terminology and the ability to read deep-tech profiles.
• Strong written communication skills with friendly and concise outreach.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, with proactive and organized work habits.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
