As a System Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for testing our deep ultraviolet (DUV) lithography systems after assembly in cleanroom factories. This role offers a distinctive working environment and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology.

The Role

You will accurately calibrate, qualify, and perform manual actions on our DUV systems in accordance with specifications and quality standards. Effective communication is essential, as you will identify and report issues while collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them. Additionally, you will engage in improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times using methodologies such as 4C and A3.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration, adjustment, and system qualification tests on ASML products.
• Ensure system progress by conducting tests following strict procedures.
• Contribute to the pilot process and transition from pilot to volume production.
• Work collaboratively in a multicultural team, sharing knowledge and improvement ideas.
• Process and administrate information in SAP and maintain machine logbooks.
• Communicate effectively with technical support and stakeholders regarding system status and issues.

Requirements

• Secondary vocational degree (MBO+) in mechatronics, electronics, mechanics, software, or VAPRO-C, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree (HBO) in mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or computer science.
• Preferred experience in a high-tech production environment (electronics, ICT hardware, etc.).

What We Offer

• A 5-shift schedule including weekends and nights, with a cycle of 10 days: 2 morning shifts, 2 evening shifts, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off.
• Work in a cleanroom environment with appropriate protective gear.
• Indicative annual salary range between €51,000 and €57,000, including vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment.
