You are technically curious and enjoy understanding why something works — or why it does not. You are independent enough to investigate and resolve problems yourself, while also knowing when to involve colleagues or external specialists.

In addition:

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
• You have several years of experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, or in a similar role.
• You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
• You have experience with Entra ID/Azure AD and preferably Intune as well.
• You have experience with virtualisation environments, such as VMware.
• You have advanced networking knowledge, including VLANs, routing, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP.
• You have experience with backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions.
• You have an interest in IT security.
• You can independently analyse technical incidents and coordinate suppliers when necessary.
• You have experience working with external IT and managed services partners.
• You work in a structured manner and value good documentation.
• You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Experience with Linux, Azure, Veeam, enterprise networking, or similar technologies is an advantage.
