Apakah Anda memiliki pengalaman di bidang otomotif dan tertarik mengembangkan kemampuan teknis tim After Sales? Sebagai Suzuki Authorized Trainer (SAT), Anda akan bertanggung jawab merencanakan dan melaksanakan Technical Training, Certification, Coaching, Assessment, serta Knowledge Transfer bagi tim After Sales sesuai standar perusahaan dan PT SIS. Posisi ini membutuhkan pemahaman teknis otomotif yang kuat, kemampuan analisis dan problem solving, komunikasi yang baik, serta kemampuan mengelola program training, certification, dan competency development.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal lulusan S1 Teknik Otomotif, Teknik Mesin, atau bidang teknik yang relevan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Automotive After Sales/Technical, terutama sebagai Technical Trainer, Technical Advisor, Foreman, atau Senior Technician.
  • Memiliki pemahaman kuat mengenai Automotive Technical Knowledge, Diagnosis, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, dan Repair.
  • Mampu melakukan Training Need Analysis, Competency Gap Analysis, serta menyusun materi dan assessment training.
  • Komunikatif, mampu melakukan training dan coaching, teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, serta memiliki kemampuan analisis dan problem solving yang baik.
