As a sushi chef, you will be an integral part of our enthusiastic and friendly team, ensuring that every piece of sushi and sashimi is prepared with the utmost care and attention. Your sushi station will be your domain, where you will create the most delicious and beautifully crafted dishes. You will have the opportunity to contribute creatively by experimenting with new and surprising ingredients while staying updated on the latest sushi trends both locally and internationally. Additionally, you will handle mise-en-place tasks, such as filleting fish, monitor inventory to ensure the freshness and flavor of our products, and teach and mentor trainee chefs.
About You
You are a positive, creative, enthusiastic, and highly driven individual. You have completed vocational training in a relevant field and possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, along with leadership capabilities. You are certified in Social Hygiene and have a thorough understanding of HACCP and allergen regulations.
