Als Supply Chain Planning Manager Food ben je verantwoordelijk voor de beschikbaarheid van producten binnen winkels, distributiecentra en e-commerce. Je houdt toezicht op en optimaliseert voorraadparameters, servicelevels en replenishmentinstellingen. Je geeft leiding aan het team Food planning (7 FTE) en stimuleert teamontwikkeling. Daarnaast zorg je voor een consistente toepassing van processen, richtlijnen en werkwijzen en fungeer je als belangrijkste counterpart voor DC Planning. Je neemt deel aan en draagt bij aan S&OP- en S&OE-processen en stemt planning, capaciteit en prioriteiten af met commerciële en logistieke stakeholders. Tevens stel je een roadmap op gericht op standaardisatie, automatisering en procesefficiëntie.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Supply Chain Planning Manager Food voor een toonaangevende retailer. Deze functie ontstaat binnen een bredere herstructurering van de Supply Chain-organisatie, met als doel directer stakeholder management, zowel intern als extern. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar samenwerking, continue verbetering en datagedreven besluitvorming centraal staan. De organisatie werkt aan een toekomstbestendige planningsstructuur waarin processen verder worden gestandaardiseerd en geautomatiseerd.

Vereisten

  • Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Supply Chain Management, Logistiek of Bedrijfskunde.
  • 10+ jaar ervaring binnen supply chain planning of voorraadsturing in een retailomgeving.
  • Meerdere jaren leidinggevende ervaring, inclusief 3PL of external manufacturing management.
  • Ervaring met S&OP- en S&OE-processen.
  • Kennis van voorraadmanagement, replenishmentprocessen en servicelevelmanagement.
  • Ervaring met standaardisatie-, automatiserings- of transformatieprojecten binnen supply chain planning.
