Als Supply Chain Planning Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de beschikbaarheid van producten binnen winkels, distributiecentra en e-commerce. Je geeft leiding aan een organisatie van Team Leads binnen Stockplanning en stuurt op optimale voorraadniveaus, servicelevels en een efficiënte goederenstroom door de keten. Het team bestaat uit 4 direct reports met ieder weer een team van 6 tot 8 FTE. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen Commercie, Logistiek, Winkels, leveranciers en DC Planning. Daarbij speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het S&OP- en S&OE-proces en werk je aan verdere standaardisatie, schaalbaarheid en automatisering van planningprocessen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van structurele verbeteringen die bijdragen aan een stabiele, voorspelbare en toekomstbestendige supply chain. Binnen deze rol krijg je de kans om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de verdere transformatie van de supply chain organisatie.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor productbeschikbaarheid binnen winkels, distributiecentra en e-commerce.
  • Bewaken en optimaliseren van voorraadparameters, servicelevels en replenishmentinstellingen.
  • Leidinggeven aan Team Leads Stockplanning en stimuleren van teamontwikkeling.
  • Aansturen op consistente toepassing van processen, richtlijnen en werkwijzen.
  • Fungeren als belangrijkste counterpart voor DC Planning.
  • Deelnemen aan en bijdragen aan S&OP- en S&OE-processen.
  • Afstemmen van planning, capaciteit en prioriteiten met commerciële en logistieke stakeholders.
  • Opstellen en realiseren van een roadmap gericht op standaardisatie, automatisering en procesefficiëntie.
