De Rol

In this role, you will:

• Represent the image and culture of HUGO BOSS.
• Ensure customer-oriented service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customers.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on labor contracts, personnel changes, and sickness reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain tidy departments.

Vereisten

• Degree at least at MBO level.
• Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion segment.
• Strong understanding of brand attributes with an affinity for our clothing and target audience.
• Strong personality with flexible attitude and effective leadership skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-confident, organized, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and social skills in both Dutch and English.
• Reside near Roosendaal.
